Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

These terms govern your use of Bazar by Bittu, including buying, selling, and using DVA (Deal Via Admin). By using our platform, you agree to follow all rules listed here.

1. Definitions

  • “Platform” refers to Bazar by Bittu.
  • “Admin” refers to Bittu.
  • “DVA” means Deal Via Admin safe-deal system.
  • “Buyer” means the person purchasing a digital product.
  • “Seller” means the owner selling a digital asset.
  • “Digital Products” include AdSense accounts, YouTube channels, websites, domains, dashboards, social pages, etc.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering legal agreements to use this platform.

3. General Rules

Provide accurate information
Do not impersonate others
Do not attempt scams or false claims
Use respectful communication
Follow all instructions given during deals

4. Buyer Responsibilities

  • Buyer must review product details carefully.
  • Buyer must verify access before confirming.
  • Buyer must not confirm unless everything is correct.
  • Buyer must cooperate during the DVA process.

5. Seller Responsibilities

  • Seller must provide real and verified digital assets.
  • Seller must not hide issues or provide false information.
  • Seller must deliver the product promptly after payment is held.
  • Seller must fully cooperate with transfer steps.

6. Deal Via Admin (DVA) Terms

Payment is sent to Admin (not directly to the seller).

Admin holds funds until buyer confirms.

Payment release is final and cannot be reversed.

Admin is not liable if buyer confirms incorrectly.

Admin only releases payment after full verification.

Attempting to bypass DVA will result in immediate ban.

7. No Direct Deals

Any buyer or seller attempting to bypass the Admin for a direct deal will be permanently banned from the platform.

8. Payment Terms

Payments are held securely during DVA
Admin fees are non-refundable
Final confirmation means deal is completed
No chargebacks or disputes after release

9. Refund Policy (Summary)

Refunds are only allowed before buyer confirmation. After confirmation, no refunds are issued. For full details, refer to the Refund Policy page.

10. Prohibited Activities

Fake accounts Fraudulent listings Sharing private details Abusive behavior Disrupting the marketplace Attempting to scam

11. Limitation of Liability

Admin is not responsible for losses caused by buyer mistakes, seller dishonesty, or external factors. Admin’s role is to mediate safely through DVA.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these terms.
